This app is connected to the Jansunwai (IGRS) portal of the Uttar Pradesh Government, which also allows for grievance registration and suggestions submission through the website (jansunwai.up.nic.in). The mobile app offers a fast and user-friendly interface for citizens to easily register and track their grievances using their smartphones. Each grievance will be assigned a unique reference number, which citizens can use to monitor the progress of their request, send reminders, and provide feedback once the issue has been resolved. Upon successful registration, the grievance will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate officer for resolution.
